Under the water of the French islands of Brittany a microclimate with constant temperature and total absence of light and oxygen is the perfect crib for bottles of Bollebosco cradled by the currents. Sheltered from the lunar phases there are optimal conditions for the maturation of a unique wine. Aging here is used to create special wines, sublime and exclusive bottles for a few connoisseurs only.
Wine can be aged in the deep abysses, not just in a wine cellar.
